A working catalog.This section of the site is a working catalog of drinks Old Man Ski actually makes, drinks, and enjoys. Some old, some new, some made by the old man himself. Search or browse for a drink on this page or figure out what's available based on what you have in the house on the What can I actually make? page. These cocktail pages started as a way to clean up Old Man Ski's cocktail notes, preserve a few cocktails he invented, and write down the recipes the old man kept looking up. Get them off booze soaked paper and onto something backed up. Classic favorites and homebrew winners survived a fair amount of experimentation to make it to this site — including far more bad cocktails than anyone needs to admit.
